What we collect

Only what you type into our enquiry or enrolment forms: your name and email address; optionally a phone number; whether you’re a student or a parent or guardian; the student’s name, email and school if you give them; the subjects, year level and start time you’re interested in; when you’re usually free; and your message or goals.

Why

To reply to your enquiry and to arrange an enrolment you’ve asked about. If you tick the box for news about programmes, we may also email you about them; you can ask us to stop at any time. We don’t sell your details or share them for anyone else’s marketing.

Where it’s kept and who sees it

Form submissions are stored in Prose’s learning management system, hosted in Sydney, Australia. Only authorised Prose staff can see them. When we email you, the message is sent through our email delivery provider.

This website

The site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser remembers two small things on your own device: whether you’ve chosen to reduce motion, and the subjects and year level you last chose in the enrolment form (never your personal details).

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details you’ve sent us through our enquiry form.
